It's that time again!
After a morning of some fluctuating water (feeling like a water tanker) I took my shower and did my weigh-in. Down another 1.4 lbs bringing my total GONE to almost 34 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am happy I waited! :)
Setting 10 lb goals each time is really helping to keep me on track! I only have to lose 10 pounds 3 more times and I'm out of the 200s!! That makes it a lot less overwhelming for me!!
